Our smoke-free guest bedrooms all have private baths, are air-conditioned and many have gas fireplaces. Twelve of our fourteen rooms boast breathtaking views, with King, Queen, and Double beds available to suit your preference.
Each room, with its distinctive decor of beautiful antique and reproduction four-posters and sleigh beds, is designed for your comfort. Many one of a kind original art works by local artisans adorn the walls.
Amenities include telephones, cable TV, and VCRs, along with a selection of Maine-related literature and magazines. For rainy days or cool evenings, choose from our extensive collection of movies and settle in for a cozy stay.
Rates range from $95 to $165 in low season (January 1, 2009 - May 21, 2009 and from October 19, 2009 - December 31, 2009) and from $140 to $220 per night in high season (May 22, 2009 - October 18, 2009).
All rates are subject to Maine's 7% lodging tax.
A 10% discount is offered on stays of 7 or more days in high season. Ask about discounts for long-term stays in the off season. All rates apply to two persons per room.
There is a twenty-five dollar nightly charge for each additional person.
We welcome well-behaved children of all ages, but we advise parents traveling with small children that the inn is not toddler-proof.

All rooms have private baths, most of which are en suite (in the room), but a few are across the hall. If you prefer an "en suite" bath, whirlpool tub, or fireplace, please specify when making your reservation.
Some rooms contain more than one bed. If you have any special requirements, please ask for details as each room is unique.
Advance reservations must be secured with a deposit equal to one-half of your total stay (one night stays will be fully charged at time of reservation).
Cancellations made at least two weeks prior to your check in date will receive a full refund of your deposit less a $20.00 processing fee.
Cancellations made within the two week window prior to your date of arrival will receive a voucher equal to the full value of the deposit which can be used toward a stay at any later date. Personal checks and Visa/Mastercard/Amex are accepted.
