Leeward is a corner room on the second floor of the Welch House, and overlooks the chestnut tree, gardens and town.

Leeward has a queen-sized cameo bed and a private "en suite" bathroom with shower and pedestal sink, and a gas fireplace. The rose decor includes many beautiful needlepoint pieces, and hurricane-style lamps.

All of our rooms are smoke-free, and amenities include telephone, cable TV, and VCR. For rainy days or cool evenings, choose from our extensive collection of movies and settle in for a cozy stay.

All rates are subject to Maine's seven percent lodging tax and weekly rates are available. All rates apply to two persons per room. There is a twenty-five dollar nightly charge for each additional person.

We welcome well-behaved children of all ages, but we advise parents traveling with small children that the inn is not toddler-proof.

Personal checks and major credit cards are accepted. Advance reservations must be secured with a deposit equal to 50% of the total stay.

Cancellations made at least fourteen days prior to arrival will receive a full refund less a $20.00 processing fee. Cancellations made within the fourteen days will receive a voucher in the amount of your deposit good for a future stay.
