Boothbay Harbor is one of Maines most popular destinations, and local lodging fills up quickly in high season.
Guests seeking full week or weekend accommodations in the summer and fall are strongly advised to reserve rooms well in advance.
There is a two night minimum on weekends in July and August. A full breakfast is included with each night's stay.
Reservations must be secured with a deposit equal to one-half of your total stay.
Cancellations made two weeks prior or earlier will receive a full refund of your deposit less a $20.00 Processing Fee. Cancellations made within the two week window prior to your date of arrival will receive a voucher equal to the deposit good towards a stay at a later date.
Personal checks and Visa/Mastercard/Amex are accepted.

All rates apply to two persons per room. There is a twenty-five dollar nightly charge for each additional person.
We welcome well-behaved children of all ages, but we advise parents traveling with small children that the inn is not toddler-proof.
If you require an "en suite" bath, please specify when you make your reservation.
Some rooms contain more than one bed. Please specify bed preference when making reservations, and ask for details as each room is unique.
All rates are subject to Maines seven percent lodging tax. Weekly rates are available.
